SSM Health Networking Night with the Cardinals

On Thursday, Sept 8, over 60 physicians from across the SSM Health St. Louis network of hospitals gathered for an evening of networking and fun at a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game sponsored by SSM Health Cancer Care. 

Hospital and service line administration, physician liaisons, and key clinical support staff were present as well to help make introductions between the physicians and connect key specialists, as well as staff from St. Louis CyberKnife.  

The annual event provided a social setting for physicians to relax and have a good time with fellow colleagues, while helping to better integrate the doctors of St. Louis University Hospital/SLUCare Physician Group and SSM Health Medical Group. 

Networking is a great way for physicians to connect with peers and industry experts, and gives them a broader perspective on what is currently happening in the healthcare industry.  It makes them a more informed physician, which in return, makes them a better resource to their patients.
