St. Louis CyberKnife Celebrates Patient Safety Awareness Week
Patient Safety Awareness Week, an annual education and awareness campaign for health care safety, will be recognized March 3-9. The National Patient Safety Foundation (NPSF) leads the nationwide effort seeking to promote collaboration among all aspects of patient care.
The theme, “Patient Safety 7/365: 7 days of recognition, 365 days of commitment to safe care,” highlights the need for health care organizations, providers and consumers to be mindful of patient safety and the importance of being an active participant in the health care delivery process.
Since its founding in 1997, The National Patient Safety Foundation has sought to improve the safety of care provided to patients. Patients and consumers can learn more about this campaign and how to participate by visiting their website.
St. Louis CyberKnife is dedicated to the delivery of safe, quality care for all of our patients. Read more about our patient care and treatment process on the treatment process page.
Happy Patient Safety Awareness Week to all of our partners, patients and their family members!
